Book Title: The Red Pyramid

Author: Rick Riordan

Genre: Fantasy

This is an action packed thriller about two kids, Carter and Sadie, as they battle gods, goddesses, and titans. Their journey, filled with surprises, will soon come to an end, as they battle the evil god of chaos, Set.

I made a connection with Carter and Sadie alike. They are both so funny and clever. My favorite part of course is when Carter names a horrible beast, the Set animal, Leroy. It’s so random and hilarious!

Favorite character:
Bast, the cat goddess

Favorite quote from the book:
“Fine. Call me a Carter-headed chicken Sadie.”

If you love Fantasy books, this is the book for you!
