As with our K8 program, the parent will be the primary teacher, but students will be invited to attend weekly enrichment classes. Our TK teachers will also offer guidance to parents for correlating activities to do at home.

Please Fill Out Parent Survey
Good morning parents!
Spring has arrived and that means we are closing in on the end of the school year. The end of the year gives students, parents, and staff time to reflect on this ending year and plan for the one ahead. Our goal at Valley Oaks is to provide the best support to both students and parents. One of the ways we ensure that we are heading in the right direction is through an end-of-the-year parent survey. Please help us in identifying our areas of strength and our areas that need attention by completing the survey by clicking the link below. Thank you!

Camp KEEP will be in the fall of the 2016-2017 school year during the week of October 2-6, 2017. Camp KEEP Ocean is a 5 day environmental sleep-away camp in Montana De Oro State Park. The cost is $300. Registration begins on the Valley Oaks Website on March 28th at 8:00 am. Your spot will be held with a $100 non-refundable deposit and must be brought to the office by April 3rd. Camp KEEP is an environmental program that helps children understand the natural world. Students learn first hand about many unique ecosystems and return with an increased awareness of their environment and their responsibility to manage it wisely.

The ocean, tide pools, and dunes will serve as a laboratory where students will be involved in nature study, recording and analyzing data and sharing new-found information which will help them understand and appreciate themselves more fully.
